I founded Comprehensive in 1975 with the goal of bringing clients and therapists together as partners. From the beginning, I vowed that the promise of collaboration and respect I gave to clients would extend to my employees, as well. That’s why, early on, I established a set of core values. These values have served our company for more than 30 years and are just as important today as when I founded the company.

Our Dedication is exemplified by our diverse and distinguished service with a commitment to excellence. And we always strive to exceed expectations of our clients, patients and staff, keeping costs contained through Efficient systems and processes.

With these core values as a guide, and with the help of our dedicated managers and outstanding therapists, I have been able to build the kind of company I would want to work for—one that values its employees, provides opportunity for professional development and growth, offers flexibility and support, rewards its employees for their achievements, and treats all with dignity and respect.

Today, our company has established itself as a leader in rehabilitation services, and is recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work in Illinois” and one of the “101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in Chicago.” While this recognition is very rewarding, what I value even more is the high level of satisfaction amongst our employees, many of whom have been with us for 10 years or more.
