What services does Comprehensive provide?
We provide physical, occupational and speech/language therapy services to hospitals, nursing homes, outpatient rehab centers, rehab facilities, senior communities and schools. We also provide fitness trainers and consultation services. Our consultants advise on activities programming, social services, regulatory compliance and more. Many of our clients outsource their entire rehab department to us for both management and staffing.

Does Comprehensive offer therapists advancement opportunities?
We believe that a career at Comprehensive is a career for life, and that's why we provide ample opportunities for advancement and professional growth. We provide management training, and promote from within company ranks for management, lead and clinical specialist positions. Because we respect our therapists' knowledge and insight, our therapists often have the opportunity to develop and enhance clinical programs, while expanding their own skills and experience. We offer a wide variety of continuing education opportunities, and many of our therapists go on to receive additional certification and advanced degrees.

What is the Fellowship Program?
The Comprehensive Fellowship Program is designed to support new graduates or those re-entering the work force as they make the transition to (or back to) clinicians. The goal of the Fellowship Program is to enhance participants' skills, and provide them the opportunity to expand on the skills and knowledge they received in school. Each Fellow is assigned a mentor, who provides structured one-on-one training and support. There is dedicated time each day for mentors and Fellows to meet. Ultimately, we want to support new graduates as they successfully launch their career and learn areas of the field that they might not have had exposure to during their educational training. We encourage our new grads to experience multiple clinical settings to expand their skills and find their niche. Our Fellowship Program is a full-time position with full pay and benefits.

What is the Clinical Ladders Program?
Clinical Ladders is an exciting reward program designed to help our employees advance their careers and grow professionally. The program provides participating therapists the opportunity to expand their scope and involvement with:

• Clinical programs
• Student and staff development
• Professional organizations
• Community outreach and programs

All full-time therapists are eligible to apply for the program, and participants who meet established Clinical Ladders criteria and goals are rewarded with a quarterly bonus.

Does Comprehensive hire both full- and part-time employees, and are part-time employees eligible for benefits?
Yes, Comprehensive offers its employees the opportunity to work per diem, part time or full time. Employees who work as few as 25 hours per week qualify for benefits, including health insurance.

How am I assured that I will be able to get my hours? What happens when census is down at my facility?
Because of the diversity and number of our practice settings, we can offer staff the ability to make up hours at another facility if census is low at their facility. We provide our therapists with cross training in several areas of treatment, including in-patient, outpatient, SNF and geriatric outpatient settings. This broadens therapists' clinical skills and abilities, and also facilitates transferring into another nearby facility to maintain hours. Weekend hours are also available.

Can I flex my hours/schedule?
Yes, one of our greatest strengths is our ability to accommodate most work schedules. There are going to be times in every employee's life when more, or fewer work hours will be needed. Our company was founded by a working mother who places great importance on work/life balance, and we have long provided flexible work options. This, combined with the fact that we service clients in so many different settings translates to tremendous flexibility when it comes to scheduling.
