Just seven other Illinois organizations made the list, and with a ranking of 25, The Comprehensive Group scored the highest of all Illinois healthcare providers.

The Comprehensive Group was recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois. We have received this honor every year since 2006, ranking 4th in the large-company category in both 2008 and 2009. The rankings are based on a detailed employer questionnaire and in-depth employee surveys. The results are analyzed and categorized according to eight core focus areas: leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits and overall engagement.
